Now Planned Parenthood is threatening suit against the young lady who engineered the “sting” described in the article I previously linked. It seems she may have violating California privacy laws when she secretly recorded Planned Parenthood employees encouraging her to lie about her age in order to circumvent reporting requirements. Kudos to La Shawn Barber for directing us readers to an excellent commentary by Andrew Klavan.
Klavan bemoans the passing of candor in favor of a “labrynthine construct of social delicacy” not seen since the Victorian era. This one is well worth a look.
